On 6/20/25; Sir Knights from the Illinois State Council Knights of Columbus;
were at the Special Olympics Illinois State 2025 Summer Games, cheering on our Special athletes.
A VFW Color Guard led us on the field
all branches of the US Military were represented; especially my favorites, the Navy & Marines.
the VFW Color Guard; like our own KOC Color Guard, undergo extensive training.
Many Illinois State Officers,
Masters and
Marshals,
guided our Knights from many Illinois Councils. Our Southern Illinois Marshals made me feel at home.
at Illinois State.
Special Olympics Illinois
is also supported by many Police Departments; especially,
the Aurora Police Department.
