When I arrived; I knew exactly what door to enter; I saw a double sided “A-Frame” and 5 other signs.
Their menu was listed on the “A-Frame” along with the prices and QR Code.
Holy Spirit; Council #15037, was open for Business! I had already purchased my Fish Dinner online.
As always; I stopped in to meet the cooks. The guy in the Orange Illinois Hoodie told me he was not a Knight and just helping. Please get this Catholic Gentleman a Form 100; we need more UIUC, UIC & UIS Knights!!
I arrived early to meet up with St. Raphael Council Captain Gene Sullivan who was picking up Fish Fry Dinners; to go, for Father Rocky and his crew. As always; Holy Spirit Council Captain Krzmarzick was ready!
Their Dinning Room was open for Customers.
I also met the Holy Spirit Ladies who were ready to sell Deserts.
The Holy Spirit Lady in the Center is Sir Knight Tony Maviglia’s Wife. SK Tony is still talking about his private “Exemplification of Patriotism” with Master Ty Simmons and District Secretary Gregg Biliskov.
A few Holy Spirit Knights were also waiting for SK Frank Reveles; we cannot start without Frank?

Welcome back to Illinois Frank!! Frank is very happy his son is graduating from UIC!!
Now it’s time to eat; Frank pestered me; while I was eating, until I bought a 50/50 ticket.
After Dinner; a team from “Bird Dog Marketing” had some testing for us to do. They were testing “Child-Resistant Packages” using a few “Senior Citizens” as Test Subjects (I was first in line as usual).
Next Friday’s (4/18/25) Fish Fry is a mystery since it is Good Friday. Since it is also Six Flag’s Opening Day and I have a Meal Pass, it might be Primo’s Pizzeria Cheese Pizza in the Food Court. It might be time to start my annual “Quality Control Testing” of the Six Flags Roller Coasters so they are ready for SK Jerry Bevignani’s annual Special Olympics Fund Raiser.
We may have to wait until; Friday February 20, 2026, for our next Fish Fry!
