We had our Fifth “Let’s Celebrate Lent” Fish Fry on 4/4/25, at:

We were greeted by a crew of Knights.
They had a great menu!
Bishop Roger Kaffer Assembly #3232 Sir Knight Daniel Casing; who was recognized, on 3/1/25 at the Exemplification of Patriotism; with a Masters Award, took our payments.
I had the Combo Platter, with a baked potato and a fish taco along with Strawberry Poke Cake.
Former State Deputy Frank Schwartz was leading the Kitchen Crew.
They had a great selection of Deserts.
Commander Kevin and SK Mick Herbst ran the drinks.
Parishioners from both Our Lady of Mercy (OLM) (Father James who was with us at OLM, is now at St. Mary’s) and
and St. Raphael’s Catholic Church’s attended.

Our current Illinois State Deputy; Jeff Peters, and former Illinois State Deputy Rich Spada (St. Laurence HS 1971 Alumni), were also in attendance.
St. Mary Parishioners also had some great Religious items for sale.
To support their Parish Garden.
I purchased quite a few items for my Grand Children.
Next Friday’s (4/11/25) Fish Fry is at Holy Spirit in Naperville.
