Blanchette Assembly #3044 held its Monthly Pro-Life Rosary on 4/19/25; at Waterleaf, on Holy Saturday. A few of us met at 8 AM at Panera Bread in Aurora for Coffee.

We then met other Knights and Pro- Life supporters; at Waterleaf, facing Planned Parenthood (PP) and then we said the “Rosary”.

There were a few PP supporters guiding people into the abortion clinic. A brave and courageous young Pro-Life lady was on the front line across the street from the PP folks.

I have included some Pro-Life material she was handing out. Do you Love Your Neighbor?

Maybe a majority of “Christians” ignore the “Murder of Children” in our Country?

On this day; Holy Saturday 4/19/25; the Knights of Columbus (KOC) Pro-Life Chairs of the Joliet Chapter, Bishop Blanchette Assembly and Our Lady of Mercy (OLM) Council united together Praying at Waterleaf; along with other St. Peter & Paul Knights and other Pro-Life Supporters.
Abortion in the Case of a Rape is a tough question.

Let’s not abandon the weak and unwanted to destruction.

Human Beings; conceived in rape, should not be punished for the Sins of Their Fathers.

As I was outside Praying the Rosary at Waterleaf and watched the “Planned Parenthood” greeters across the street; my recent Lenten Study from the “40 Days for Life Devotional The 40 Day Journey Through the Life of Christ“, Day 16’s teaching came back to me (I strongly recommend this book):

Day 16
Intention That God will give us merciful hearts that bring healing and hope to the individuals who have worked in the abortion industry.
Prayer: Lord, in your infinite mercy, bring healing and hope to those caught in the lies of the abortion industry. Answer my prayer for forgiveness on their behalf: “Thoroughly wash away my guilt; and from my sin cleanse me.” If it is your will, help me to know how to show men and women who work in abortion clinics your love, to get to know their names and their stories, to pray for them, to have an understanding heart, and to see them as you see them – as your children who have been deeply wounded by sin. Thank you for the many courageous workers who have left the industry and now save lives through their testimonies. Let them be a witness of hope for current abortion workers.
