Members of KOC Council #12005, family members and our Honor Guard Commander supported Special Olympics Illinois on 5/3/25.
We were assigned to the Bullpen to sign in our Special Athletes.
Knights of Columbus; from Council #12497, treated all volunteers to lunch; including my good friends from the Citizen Police Academy Alumni Aurora (CPAAA),
and Police Officers from many departments; including the Aurora Police Department.
Coach Beverly and her team loved my Golden St. Laurence HS cowboy hat so much, they are planning on wearing Golden Cowboy Hats next year to bring out the “Gold” in their uniforms.
Our Joliet Chapter Webmasters were both on site volunteering.
My Wife will be volunteering on 5/4/25; for the second day of the Special Olympics Spring Games at Marmion Academy with the CPAAA.
Knights from Council #14171 will also be volunteering.

Coaster Challenge is schedule to take place at Six Flags Great America on Saturday, September 27th. Below are the 2024 reward levels you get depending on how much you raise. The items might change slightly for 2025 but the amount you must raise will remain the same. It is a $150 minimum amount raised to participate.
