40 Days for Life Kickoff in Aurora, IL

The 40 Days for Life Aurora Kickoff event was Saturday March 8, 2025 on Waterleaf property at 3055 E New York St, Aurora, IL 60504.

Waterleaf Women’s Center

Father Jerry Leake opened in prayer; then Pastor Lee Lukazewski led worship.

  • The first speaker was Father Leake.
  • The second speaker was Julie Garofalo, Executive Director of Waterleaf Women’s Center.
  • The third speaker was Pastor Daniel Haas from St. Olaf’s church in Montgomery.
  • Afterwards, Pastor Lukazewski lead us in worship.
  • Pastor Hass prayed the closing prayer.

There was a good crowd, speakers, music and Prayer on a chilly Winter Day.

The 40 Days for Life Aurora Kickoff inspired me to go home and display my “Pro-Life” flags.
