An event for the “National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children”; was held on 9/13/25, at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville, IL.
Nine Sir Knights; from Joliet Chapter, joined Father Matt Lamouereux and quite a few Pro-Life speakers.
The event was well organized by a team of dedicated Pro-Life volunteers.
The ceremony took place in an outside tent.
Resurrection Cemetery is part of the “Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of Joliet”.
We had many outstanding Pro-Life Speakers; Hope, was very inspirational.
Father’s Matt’s Blessed Children who died at a young age, children who were mis-carried and aborted children.
NOTE: Joliet Chapter Sir Knights were also with our Joliet Chapter President; John Moravecek, at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, at 701 North Avenue in Naperville, IL.
